Julie Pelle 480-323-6763 moved to the valley as a young girl with her family from Cleveland, Ohio. Raised with Midwest values and in an entrepreneurial family, Julie started her dedication to service clients in her family business at the age of ten. She continued with this personal focus and began her career in the private golf industry as a Buyer, Merchandiser and Director of Retail offering customer service and knowledge to the upscale private memberships. Passionate about customer service, the move to real estate was a natural fit and so Julie began building her real estate career in 2004.

Christina Rathbun 602-882-1919 is a top producer with PR Partners/Launch Real Estate and is an expert in Arizona’s luxury home market. Since 2005, she has been committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to both sellers and buyers of real estate in Scottsdale and the Metro Phoenix area. Christina has built a successful business focused primarily on referrals, so developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients is a top priority for her.

Born and raised in Alaska, Christina learned the value of a strong work ethic while working in her family’s businesses in grade school, and she has carried that lesson with her over the years. After high school graduation, Christina moved to Arizona in 1997 to pursue a college education. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix while working a full-time job at a golf course in North Scottsdale. Christina resides in Grayhawk in North Scottsdale with her husband, Trent, three beautiful children and their dog, Berkley. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. With three active kids, like most moms, her kids’ activities have become her hobbies!
